Hey there!
I’m Sammie

I believe that the magic of photography lies in the in-between — the unposed laughs, the stolen glances, and the quiet joy that speaks volumes. My goal is to make you feel comfortable, confident, and completely yourself in front of the camera so we can capture both the big, emotional moments and the beautifully subtle ones you might not even realize are happening.

As a full-time mental health therapist, I like to think I have a sixth sense for reading people and helping them feel at ease. Whether you’re camera shy, stressed about the timeline, or just need someone to fix your boutonniere and hand you a tissue, I’ve got you. And if the day throws a little chaos your way — don’t worry, I’m literally trained in handling crises (;

How did I get here?

I first worked with Sam’s associates and instantly loved the team’s energy — creative, collaborative, and just plain fun. When I got the chance to work directly with Sam, it felt like the perfect fit. The ease, trust, and shared excitement behind the camera are something our clients always notice. Now, I’m thrilled to bring that same experience and energy into my own work!

Outside of photography and therapy sessions, you can find me working out (to keep my sanity), traveling to new places, hitting up my favorite coffee shops, or spending time with my husband, friends, and family. I’m a sucker for a good book or a binge-worthy show, and I love slowing down enough to notice all the small moments that make life so full — which is probably why I love photography so much in the first place.
